At the Scanlon house, Dr. Alan Quartermaine warns Joe that he needs to keep his temper under control while facing the review board. Frank asks Joe what Alan said to him, but Joe keeps mum. Gail, Lee and Karen find Scott lying on the street after being knocked down by a hit-and-run driver. Scott comes to and calls for Serena. While Lee and Gail call for an ambulance, Karen tends to Scott's injuries.
